Please note that due to the pandemic and CDC guidelines, all items are unexchangeable at the moment and non refundable. In order to have the best A'lee Boutique experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address, and payment information to prevent error as A'lee Boutique is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to info@aleeboutique.com within 3 days of item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolve. By completing a purchase with A'lee Boutique, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.
